These gummies taste surprisingly good (like green apple candy) and don’t upset my stomach like some other hair supplements do. I’ve been taking them daily and while it’s still early, I’m starting to see less shedding and some baby hairs coming in around my hairline. I like that it has more than just biotin! the folate, inositol, and nettle are nice additions for overall scalp health. Quality supplement. I like the texture too. Not gooey or sticky just right. But you only get 15 days supply for the value so it can be little better. But it works so value for money. Definitely going to order more!
