Orders + shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to customers in the United States. Sign up for our email to be the first to know of other expansions!

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@proxywellness.com — while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!

How will my order ship?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. However, due to our high order volumes, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+.

Where else can I buy PROXY products?

Currently, our products are available on our website only. Sign up for our email or text alerts to be the first to know about new releases and retail partners.

Returns + Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to us at support@proxywellness.com for assistance.

Are PROXY products natural?

PROXY never formulates with high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, gluten, or GMO’s. We are very mindful of sugar content, so we formulate our gummies with no more than 1-2 grams of sugar per gummy.

Are PROXY products vegan?

Yes, our products are all vegan.

Are PROXY products non-GMO?

Yes, all PROXY products are non-GMO.

How often can I take PROXY products?

You can enjoy PROXY products daily. In fact, the more plant medicines are used on a consistent, daily use, the better the results. Please read and follow the Suggested Use on each product.

Do I need to take PROXY products with food?

What is the shelf life of PROXY products?

Shelf-life varies based on the proprietary ingredients in each of our products, although most of our gummies have an 18-month to 2 year shelf-life. All of our products have expiration dates on them (typically on the bottom of the gummy pouch).

How should I store my gummies?

It's best to store your gummies at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Can I give PROXY to my children?

PROXY is formulated for adult-use only.
