Such an effective way to calm down. I take two every morning and just feel mentally and physically at peace during my day.I take a lot of vitamins, so it is nice to have a chewable that is easy to swallow. These gummies have a very nice, natural blackberry lemon flavor and bouncy texture, and I look forward to taking them every morning. I haven't experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking these gummies. I like the clean ingredient list. I definitely recommend this supplement.

These little gummies are really tasty but also help keep me even keel when things feel a little messy! I tend to have anxiety/stress occasionally that makes me feel blah. I've found that eating the two gummies helps make my brain stop whirring as much which is a welcome change!Flavor - these are sweet tasting and the flavor is subtle. The texture of the gummy is more soft rather than chewy so be aware if you have texture issues. I love that these are vegan which means just about anyone can take these without worry (bc i mean, that's the point is to NOT be so worried!)The packaging is super cute and bold, really catches your eye and looks fun.I'd buy these again (and likely will need more with how my life and the world is going right now!!)

These have a lot of ingredients that are great for your health and lowering effects of stress. They're larger than typical gummies. I like how they taste as well and that the package is resealable to keep them fresh and not get stale.

I've tried a lot of different "stress" and "sleep" products before. From ashwaganda to melatonin, from 5-HTP to GABA, and even hemp-based products. I was intrigued by how this blend would compare and it's much better than several other name brands I've tried from popular stores. It is comparable to a CBD product (but does NOT contain CBD) in terms of the level of relaxation I feel from this. The flavor is pretty good, but it does still have a bit of a supplement taste to it, not quite candy. The price breakdown at the time of this review is about 1 dollar USD per gummie. Given that a serving size is 2 gummies, it seems a bit steep, but these have helped me sleep at night even despite anxiety that usually keeps me up.
